Costa Rica - Adventure Retreat

Step out of ordinary into an oasis of relaxation, release and inner child healing during this 5-day 4 night transformative experience in Costa Rica.  Reset your intentions and connect with your deeper and spiritual self. Through this immersion experience, you will release what no longer serves you and clear the path to your highest purpose. Described as a discovery experience, it's equally as much a remembering experience to remind you with clarity of your purpose in life. Clear the mental clutter that is holding you back in a quiet nature centered environment.  The spiritual retreat includes relationship discussions for couples, inner child work for individuals, lectures, role plays, heart centered counseling and personal growth exercises while indulging in a scenic and adventurous vacation experience.

Healthy Breakfast and Organic chef prepared Dinners are included in our rate as well as restaurant meals, group excursions such as zip lining, and a boat chartered activity. You'll start your morning with Pilates and Yoga sessions from our elite trainers, have personal inner work counselors at your disposal, and group actives led by our professional group of breathwork and emotional release professionals.

Accommodations are included at two distinct and prestigious locations: the Retreat Resort and and the Retreat Villa. Activities will occur at both locations, and our guests will have access to amenities at both locations as well. Two gourmet meals are provided each day by either our Villa Chef or at the nearby restaurants. The inclusive morning and evening meals are intended for gathering and are timed next to our workshops and communication activities. The Mid-day meal is intended for privacy and connection as couples venture out on the island together.

The Resort

The Retreat Resort is a large, luxurious beachfront location just steps from the beach. Guests will enjoy a private room and bath, plus close proximity to activity registration, restaurants, the gym and a rooftop terrace and bar. The resort location has convenient shuttles that provide service the many adventures on the island. The resort also has rooftop pool deck with views of the ocean. Standard Resort rooms are inclusive. Ocean view rooms are available for for a $74 per night upgrade.

 The Villa

The retreat Villa Mansion is the heart of our retreat and will be where our chef will serve group meals and where growth and communication sessions are presented. Guests in the Premium Villa will enjoy a private bedroom with a King bed and bathroom, as well as access to multiple outdoor patios with a hammock dining tables, and rooftop pool. The Villa has an upper floor gathering space with a kitchen, dining, and gathering areas for our morning and evening retreat reconnection sessions. Villa rooms are an upgrade of $99 per night and are limited. 

Guests staying in both the Villa and the Resort, will have access to all sessions and amenities at both locations. The are conveniently located within 5 minutes walking distance of each other.
